The Pre-Flight Energy Alignment is a deeply restorative 111-minute Reiki and sound healing experience designed to help you pause, reconnect, and gently recalibrate your energy. Through the use of intentional Reiki energy work and soothing sound frequencies, this session supports the release of energetic tension while encouraging a deeper sense of balance, clarity, and inner calm. Many of us move through life carrying emotional weight, mental noise, and energetic fatigue. This experience creates a peaceful space where the body can relax, the mind can quiet, and the spirit can realign. As sound vibrations move through the body and Reiki energy is shared with intention, participants are invited into a state of restoration that nurtures both the physical and energetic systems. Offered prior to each new quarter, the Pre-Flight Energy Alignment serves as an opportunity to reset, reflect, and prepare yourself for the season ahead.
